Mouse House Studios

Mouse House Studios are situated in the center of Neos Marmaras, a short distance above the village church and near the surrounding forest. The complex consists of 4 studios with the following features:

Studio 1: Room with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m) and a private bathroom. Its verandah, adjacent to that of Room 2 has direct access to the garden. A kitchen is located on the verandah.
Studio 2: Room with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m) and a private bathroom. Its verandah, adjacent to that of Room 1 has direct access to the garden. A kitchen is located on the verandah.
Studio 3: Room with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m) and a private bathroom. It has a kitchenette, an independent verandah and easy access to the garden. A third bed or child's crib can be added upon request.
Studio 4: Room with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m), a baby cot and a private bathroom. It has a kitchenette, an independent verandah and easy access to the garden. A third bed or child's crib can be added upon request.
Studio 5: Brand new room on the second floor with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m) and a bunkbed suitable for kids and adults (0,90x2,00m). It has a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower cabin and independent verandah with view to the sea and the village.
Studio 6: Brand new room on the second floor with 1 double bed (1,60x2,00m) and a bunkbed suitable for kids and adults (0,90x2,00m). It has a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower cabin and independent verandah with view to the village.

All rooms have a T.V., air conditioner, refrigerator and wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). Also, in the lush green garden all the guests can get together for a meal, coffee or drinks while the children play. The studio complex is close to super markets, restaurants, cafe bars, etc. The closest free public parking area is only 50 meters away and the nearest beach 800 meters.

It is ideal for individual couples or for families with children who are friends as they can be accommodated by all studios while having complete independence and taking advantage of the possibilities of the whole complex.
